This 10-week program is designed for agents who want to think clearly under pressure, influence without force, and protect deals and build a strong referral based network through trust — not tactics.
You will learn how to apply hostage negotiation principles directly to real estate conversations. Not as theory. As discipline.
Mondays | 60 Minutes
Skill Instruction + Application
Each Monday introduces and applies a core negotiation skill to real estate negotiations.
Fridays | 30 Minutes
Mastery Sessions
Fridays are focused refinement sessions.
We strengthen execution of the week’s skill — clarifying questions, correcting misapplication, and reinforcing consistency. These sessions are designed to ensure you are not just understanding the material, but applying it with precision. Live deal questions are welcome. This is a learning and connection space for agents who want to engage through empathy.
