Built on the same communication principles used in hostage negotiation — and refined through years of law enforcement and real‑world real estate work — this program gives agents a strategic advantage that goes far beyond scripts, persuasion tactics, or sales techniques.

Each week, you’ll join us live on Zoom for a focused, one‑hour session, followed by a 30‑minute application session where you’ll practice skills, ask questions, and get real‑time coaching on the situations you’re facing right now. This structure ensures you’re not just learning theory — you’re applying these tools immediately in your deals, client conversations, and negotiations.

You’ll learn directly from a trained hostage negotiator who has a built successful career in real estate — and walk away with a negotiation framework you can use in every interaction, from listing appointments to contract negotiations to emotionally charged client dynamics.

Class size is intentionally capped to ensure a focused, small-cohort experience. After capacity is reached, applicants will be offered placement in the next cohort with availability.
